Last Minute Application Call for KNOTS Summer School and Field Trips 2019
(Ho Chi Minh City and Mekong Delta)

We would like to invite applications from MA and PhD students to participate at the KNOTS Summer School and Field Trip 2019, hosted by Ho Chi Minh City Open University and Southern Institute of Social Sciences from 18th to 31st of March.

During the summer school (18th to 22nd of March) students from European and Southeast Asian universities will have the opportunity to learn about transdisciplinary research methods with regards to the three major topics: Migration, Environmental Change and Social Inequality. The following Field Trip to one of the 7 sites located in Mekong Delta and Ho Chi Minh City (23rd to 27th of March) will enable students to apply transdisciplinary research methods in practice.

Summer School and Field Trip are fully funded.

Requirements:
Being a student of Charles University
Working knowledge of English
Strong interest in Southeast Asia/Development Studies/Transdisciplinary research
